Please allow up to 3 business days to process and ship your order. Unless otherwise specified, orders will be shipped UPS Ground Service.
If you need to revise your order after it has been confirmed and packed you have the option to create a new order or pay a repackaging fee of up to $15 (based on time). A packaging/materials fee for delicate or over-sized items may apply and will be added to the actual shipping cost.
All back orders and special orders will ship separately unless otherwise noted by the customer. We will promptly notify you of any backorders to discuss options, if we do not hear back from you within 48 hours, we will ship what we have in stock and ship the backordered item when we receive our order. An additional shipping charge will occur.
In the event a credit card is declined for any reason, we will promptly notify you to discuss options. If we do not hear back from you within 48 hours, your order will be cancelled.
There is no warranty on any breakable items unless specified by the manufacturer. Joyride is not responsible for breakage. Damages caused by shipping must be reported within 48 hours to receive credit or replacement. All packing materials and damaged items must be kept for inspection purposes. If these requirements are not met then Joyride can not guarantee positive results. Please call if you have any questions.
We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover cards.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 30 days of the order date to receive a refund on the product total*. A 15% re-stocking fee will be added after 30 days.
Special Orders are welcome. All Special Orders are non-refundable and require a 50% deposit for orders over $100. Special Orders generally take longer to process and may include additional charges.
